We want your Dickstickers to make you 100% happy. We’ll gladly accept returns on item/s within 21 days from the date of purchase, providing a few conditions are met. 

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn or washed. All swing-tags must be in place and unaltered. 

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.

DICKSTICKER Australia reserves the right to deny refunds on returned items that don’t meet the above requirements. 

We’re not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged. We strongly recommend returning items to us via a reliable delivery service that allows tracking and insurance. Please include your order number with your return, which can be found in your confirmation email.

We refund all shipping costs on faulty items only. See our faulty items policy below.

FAULTY DICKSTICKER ITEMS

DICKSTICKER swimwear is manufactured to the highest standards. If you believe your item is faulty, email dickstickeraustralia@gmail.com describing the fault with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery. 

All faulty items are required to be returned to DICKSTICKER for inspection. 

Instances of fabric burring or pulling, colour fading, loss of elasticity, deterioration of fabric or other signs of general wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.

If your garment is deemed to be faulty, we’ll gladly send a replacement item or offer a refund. 

LOOKING AFTER YOUR DICKSTICKERS

To help you look after your DICKSTICKERS, we’ve printed care instructions inside each pair. For more information, your DICKSTICKERS will tell you everything you need to know.

DICKSTICKERS are made from ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon yarn derived from ghost fishing nets and other plastic pollution. Specifically, it’s made up of 78% recycled polyamide (fishing nets and plastics) and 22% elastane. 

Our eco-friendly fabric is twice as resistant to chlorine, sun creams and tanning oils than other competitor’s non-eco fabrics however, prolonged exposure to could cause damage. 

To give your DICKSTICKERS their best life, rinse them in freshwater after use. Avoid leaving them wet for long periods and dry them out lying flat and in the shade. 

Finally, DICKSTICKERS are sensitive, so avoid harsh detergents and fabric softeners. Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry, dry clean or iron.
