All Australian domestic orders will be shipped out within one (1) working day of receiving payment.

Standard Post: 
Please allow 2 – 5 working days for your DS swimwear to arrive. 
Standard Shipping Costs: $10.00. 

INTERNATIONAL

All International orders will be shipped from Australia within one (1) working day of receiving payment. Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your order.

Standard International Post: 
Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your DS swimwear to arrive. Occasionally, if the parcel is held in customs for whatever reason, it can take up to 4 weeks. See below for timing estimates.

Standard International Delivery: $15.00 (Tracking is provided with this service).

The following time guidelines are based on estimates provided by our logistics partners.

• New Zealand: 3 to 5 business days.
• Hong Kong/Singapore: 5 to 7 business days.
• China: 7 to 11 business days.
• Rest of Asia/Pacific: 7 to 12 business days.
• France: 5 to 7 business days.
• Germany: 6 to 10 business days.
• United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days.
• Rest of Western Europe: 5 to 12 business days.
• Canada: 5 to 11 business days.
• USA: 5 to 9 business days.
  
• Brazil: 5 to 12 business days.
• Rest of the World: 5 to 12 business days.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

If you order your DS swimwear outside Australia they CAN (not always) incur a VAT (Value Added Tax) and Import Duties (tax on importation). This is determined on a case-by-case basis by the Customs Agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes is based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. 

NOTE: Customs charges are worn by the purchaser.
