Meet the blue-ringed octopus mainly found in tidal pools and coral reefs across the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Despite its modest size it packs some punch with its striking iridescent blue rings. Generally docile they will only usually exhibit their vivid blue rings and bite when threatened. They play a vital role in their ecosystems by maintaining balance in the food chain and contributing to biodiversity.

The bright and bold abstract look of the Blue Ringed Octopus will let you express your creative side in the water. All our swimwear is made from 100% regenerated nylon yarn derived from ghost fishing nets and other plastic pollution. Specifically, it’s made from 78% recycled polyamide (fishing nets and plastics) and 22% elastane. 

FUN FACT: It is said that the venom of this blue ring octopus could kill 26 adults in just a few minutes.
